30 Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. If you need to make a return, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at 516-280-8385. Note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials. All items should be in excellent condition, suitable for resale. Installed products with cut wires or loose crystal will be subject to a $50 fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.
If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials. Call Customer Service at 516-280-8385.

Please note that most items ship within 2 to 3 business days, with some items shipping on the same day of your order, so we need to know as quickly as possible that you wish to change or cancel your order.
Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation.
